This platform is used by employees, employers, administrators, and authorized third-party verifiers to request, manage, review, or receive verification of employment and income information.
By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.
1. Purpose of the Service
The platform provides a secure method for verifying employment ("VOE") and income ("VOI") information for legitimate business, financial, and regulatory purposes.
The service may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Mortgage or loan underwriting
- Rental or housing applications
- Government benefit verification
- Financial qualification processes
- Employment related verification requests
- Other lawful verification purposes
2. Users Covered by These Terms
These Terms apply to all users of the platform.
This includes employees, employers, administrators, and authorized verifiers.
Employees may access their employment verification history, generate verification letters, and authorize verification requests.
Employers and administrators may manage employment data and respond to verification requests or disputes.
Verifiers such as lenders, landlords, government agencies, or financial institutions may request employment or income verification when authorized.
3. Eligibility and Lawful Use
Users must be at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally authorized to act on behalf of an organization.
The platform may only be used for legitimate and lawful verification purposes.
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.
4. Authorization to Request or Release Information
Employment or income verification information may only be released when proper authorization exists.
Authorization may include employee provided verification keys, written or electronic consent, employer authorization, or authorization permitted by law.
Verifiers are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to obtain the information they request.
5. Acceptable Use
Users may not attempt to access records without authorization.
Users may not misrepresent their identity or authority when requesting verification.
Users may not interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
Users may not attempt to extract, copy, or mass download platform data.
6. Accuracy of Information
Verification information is based on employment records provided by or on behalf of Work Verify Now.
While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate information, the Company does not guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.
7. Disputes and Corrections
If an employee believes employment or income information is incorrect, a dispute may be submitted through the platform.
Disputes may be reviewed and verified with employer records.
Corrections may be issued if an error is identified.
8. Security and Account Protection
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials or verification keys.
Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Users should take reasonable precautions when accessing the platform from shared or public devices.
9. Data Retention
The platform may retain verification activity records for operational, compliance, audit, and dispute resolution purposes.
Retention periods may vary depending on regulatory requirements and system configuration.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Work Verify Now makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or accuracy of verification information.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work Verify Now and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
This includes damages related to reliance on verification results or platform availability.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect operational or legal changes.
Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable federal and state law.
Any disputes related to the platform shall be handled in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
